CHOCOLATE BON BON RECIPE –

Delicious and simple to prepare: here is the recipe, with ingredients for four people, for chocolate bonbons covered with chopped pistachios.

Ingredients

  • 125 gr of chocolate
  • 70 gr of chopped pistachios
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey 80 g of dry biscuits
  • 30 g of shelled hazelnuts

Preparation

Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in a small saucepan along with the butter, milk, and honey. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring occasionally with a whisk to combine the ingredients until smooth and even.

– Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Peel and chop the hazelnuts . Then crush the biscuits and fold them, along with the hazelnuts, into the still-soft chocolate mixture.

– Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with cling film and let it firm up in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

– Take the mixture little by little and form balls of as much the same size as possible by passing them between the palms of your hands.

– Arrange the chopped pistachios on a plate and dip the truffles in it, rolling them to cover them completely.

– Let it cool again in the refrigerator for another thirty minutes, or until just before serving.
