How to make Christmas cookies with icing
There are many ways to enjoy the scent of lemons in the kitchen, and among them is a quick and easy recipe for homemade shortbread cookies with icing, a natural delight, much loved by children for both breakfast and a snack.

Ingredients
- 100g of butter taken out of the refrigerator a little in advance
- 100 grams of sugar
- 2 egg yolks (leftover egg whites can be stored in the freezer)

Preparation
- Mix together butter with sugar.
