  • 2 oranges
  • 15 g of gelatine
  • 450g of citrus yogurt
  • 250 ml of fresh cream
  • 20 grams of powdered sugar

Preparation

  • To begin, wash and then grate the zest some oranges and squeeze the juice out of it.
