How to prepare spaghetti in foil

- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Pink salt to taste
Preparation
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and place them whole on a baking tray lined with baking paperThen sprinkle them with pink salt.
- Place them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Finally, remove them from the oven.
- Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a non-stick wok-type pan. Add the fresh hot chili pepper cut into rings and the garlic cloves. garlic peeled and cut into small pieces.
- Brown the garlic over low heat and then add the cooked spaghetti.
- Mix well and let the pasta blend with the sauce so that it is well flavored, keeping the heat low.
- Cut a sheet of parchment paper large enough to hold the pasta and cherry tomatoes and place it on a baking sheet. Transfer the pasta and all the sauce to the paper.
- Spread the grilled cherry tomatoes over the entire surface of the pasta.
- Sprinkle them with grated pecorino cheese.
- Close the top edges of the paper with staples, leaving the sides slightly open. Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F).
- Leave to cook for 15 minutes and then remove from the oven and open the cartouche.
- Divide the spaghetti al cartoccio with grilled cherry tomatoes onto individual plates and serve immediately. Enjoy!
