How to make baked onion gratin

Ingredients for 4 people)
- 8 medium-sized onions
- 100 grams of breadcrumbs
- 100g of cheese
- 100g of boiled vegetables
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Wash and peel the onions, then cook them in plenty of salted water for 15 minutes.
- Drain them and cut them in half. Very carefully, remove the insides to create a cavity for the filling.
- Place the onion filling, vegetables and cheeses in a blender.
- Stuff the onions and place them on an oiled baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the onions with the bread crumbs and bake at 200° for 15 minutes.
