Ingredients

(For 4 people)

  • 500 g of polenta flour
  • 300 gr of porcini mushrooms
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Cook the polenta Then roll it out into a baking pan, about 1 cm thick. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Clean and slice the mushrooms, then sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Proceed with preparing the tartlets: using a pastry cutter, cut out 8 discs, each about 8 cm in diameter. Fill 4 of them with mushrooms and cover with another disc of polenta. Bake for 5 minutes, then top the tartlets with the remaining mushrooms and serve.
