Mirella is an established accountant, her work has always gone well, and after the great pain of her sister's disappearance, she was left alone. Without family, without close relatives, without anyone really close. But not only was she not discouragedInstead, he decided to rethink his life and donate part of his money to others, to the most disadvantaged, to the most vulnerable. Without wasting a single moment of his time and generosity.

BROTHER PAVIA'S CANTEEN

Thus, thanks to the funding that Mirella has made available to the Community Foundation, important projects have been carried out in the area, such as a gym for the children of the parish oratory Saint Mark. But even more a service, called “The brother's table", and offers dinner every day, 365 days a year, to the poor, the homeless, unemployed, and non-EU citizens waiting for placement and also for their status to be recognized. In just one year they found a safe meal at The brother's table over one hundred people, assisted daily by volunteers. While Mirella, a skilled accountant, handles the administration of the service. Today, she is considered one of the Foundation's most generous donors, having donated €200.000 in 2012 to open two funds: the "Casa del Giovane don Boschetti di Pavia" Fund and the "Parrocchia SS. Salvatore di Pavia" Fund, her parish. "With the proceeds from the funds," she declared in a recent interview, "we finance the soup kitchen and have built a gym for the children of the San Mauro Oratory." A generosity that therefore looks not only to the present but also to the future, focusing oneducation of the youngest.
