PELLET BOILER SAVINGS
Do you want to heat your home economically and in an environmentally friendly way? The right compromise could be: Pellet stoves, which represent an efficient, low-cost solution. These guarantee high energy efficiency and help reduce CO2 emissions, thus protecting the environment. They are powered by pellets, a lightweight material derived from Wood, which is very simple to use, as well as relatively economic. By installing this heating system, in fact, you can save annually most of 40% compared to LPG, diesel and methane systems.

HOW THE PELLET BOILER WORKS
One must not think that the pellet stoves and boilers are not able to heat large spaces such as large companies or large houses. A single system can be sufficient for more than two thousand square meters. Moreover, they produce the same heat as wood-burning fireplaces but at lower prices, without making a mess and with the utmost convenience in charging (they are loaded from above without risk of spillage and approximately once a week).
Il operation of a pellet boiler is guaranteed by a electronic control unit and one with which controls the entire combustion mechanism, production and distribution of heat. In this regard, some of the most interesting models are produced by San Marco group which, with pellet stoves Cortina e Sestriere, offers its customers high energy efficiency thanks to advanced technologies.
PELLET BOILER MAINTENANCE
La maintenance regular is of crucial to maintain good boiler performance. There are some two types:
- ORDINARY. This maintenance operation is entrusted to the user of the appliance and involves the simplest and most frequent operations to be carried out: cleaning the firebox, the brazier, the ash drawer. It should generally be performed a couple of times a week, with the aid of a vacuum cleaner.
- PERIODIC. This kind of operation It should be done at least once a year and entrusted to specialized personnel. This includes a thorough cleaning and inspection, both internally and externally, of all the stove's flue pipes, as well as cleaning and descaling the combustion chamber and its compartment. This also includes checking and cleaning the fans, ignition resistor, control panel, and remote control. The electrical wiring should also be inspected and replaced if necessary.
Likewise, at least once a year inspection and testing must be carried out chimney cleaning and draft. These operations allow you to obtain the maximum from your system heating, greatly limiting the consumption.
Of course, the choice of pellets to burn in your appliances makes maintenance operations more or less simple. Always pay attention to the product data sheets, choosing pellets with low ash residue.
