The project Park Smart it is all made in Italy, or rather made in Sicily, and it is one of the most awarded in Italy among the new technological innovations to improve the urban mobility.

HOW THE PARK SMART APPLICATION WORKS –

The mechanism is not complicated, and all the news is on the site www.parksmart.it: Using software patented by a group of young computer scientists from Catania, it's possible to find out exactly where and which parking spaces are available. The app uses an algorithm to leverage the existing network of video sensors in parking lots and therefore requires no additional installation costs.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE PARK SMART APPLICATION –

The savings? Several. First of all, the fuel of the car waiting to find a free spot. And then there's the time we generally waste in cities hunting for a place to park. According to ACI calculations, drivers in large Italian cities take no less than fifteen minutes on average to park. Now, thanks to Park Smart, which is also a free app, you can find a parking space in real time.
