PANNA COTTA RECIPE WITHOUT ISINGLUE

PANNA COTTA WITHOUT ISINGLUE

Ingredients
- 300 ml of fresh liquid cream
- 130 ml of fresh whole milk
- 2 whites
- Half a sachet of vanilla
- 75 grams of sugar
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- To begin, pour in the milk and the cream In a small saucepan, add the vanilla, sugar, and pinch of salt and cook until just below boiling, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved.
- Turn off the heat and leave the mixture to infuse until it reaches room temperature.
- Also add the whites Mix until well combined, then pour the mixture into the round molds. Place them in a baking dish and pour boiling water over them, covering them halfway.
- Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about an hour: the desserts will be cooked when the mixture is firm and a golden crust appears on the surface.
- Remove the panna cotta desserts from the oven, let them cool and place them in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours.
- Decorate the panna cotta according to your taste with fruit cut into pieces, chocolate and caramel.
