STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM RECIPE

Let's see what you need to make strawberry ice cream at home with and without an ice cream maker.
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 gr strawberries cleaned and cut into pieces
- 120 ml of milk (preferably fresh whole milk)
- 200 ml of fresh cream
- 100 grams of sugar
- a spoonful of lemon juice

PREPARATION:
- Place the strawberries, washed and chopped, in a bowl.
- Place it in the refrigerator for about twenty minutes.
- Also place all the ingredients (except the sugar) and the utensils you will need in the refrigerator: everything must be very cold.
- Blend the strawberries with the sugar and lemon juice: when you have obtained a smooth puree add the cold milkWhip the cream until stiff and add it to the mixture, stirring from the bottom up.
STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM WITH AN ICE CREAM MAKER
After following the previous instructions Set a time of 30 40-minute or whatever is needed for your ice cream maker and churn, stirring occasionally and reversing the direction of rotation of the blades.
You can enjoy it right away! Since it's homemade ice cream, it tends to harden in the freezer, so if you make more and store it, take it out of the freezer half an hour before serving and blend it a little to incorporate some air and make it soft again.
STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM WITHOUT AN ICE CREAM MAKER
Proceed as in the other recipe, then place the mixture in a bowl in the freezer. Stir every 20 minutes or so Use a spoon to break up the ice crystals and repeat this process for at least 90 minutes. Before serving, blend the ice cream a couple of times, 20 minutes apart, to churn it and make it creamy and fluffy.
