Homemade Orange Syrup Recipe

Here the ancient recipe for homemade orange syrup, with the advantage of limited sugar use.

Ingredients

  • 12 oranges
  • 1 kg of sugar
  • 1/4 liter of water

Preparation

  • Leave to soak in water, for at least two hours, the peel of six oranges. Then add the juice of the other six, which you squeezed and strained through a sieve.
