Reuse with Love: the association that collects luxury clothes and accessories to give to those who will never be able to afford them

The Reuse with association Love OdV, born in Bologna in 2010, it's a beautiful reality of volunteering and solidarity which promotes the conscious reuse of clothes and objects for social and educational purposes. The association collects donations of clothing, accessories, books, games in good condition. These materials are selected and enhanced by volunteers before being reused in various activities. The most important destination is  la Solidarity Boutique In Bologna, where free clothing, accessories, and shoes are distributed to those in need identified by social services, hospitals, and local organizations and institutions. Free distribution includes everything from baby and children's clothing to seasonal items for teenagers and adults, such as outerwear, down jackets, coats, scarves, and gloves during the winter season, and dresses and shorts for the summer. Shoes, accessories, and books are also available to families in need.

The association also organizes second-hand and vintage markets (often annual or seasonal, such as in Baraccano or the Margherita Gardens), where they sell clothing and objects collected or produced by the creative workshop. Proceeds go to charitable projects and solidarity initiatives, and they have also established a tailoring workshop where volunteers create items (bags, accessories, and designer objects) using recycled materials. These products are then presented and sold at the markets.

An interesting thing, and certainly not by chance, is that at the top of the association there are only women: Veronica Veronesi (president), Leopolda Sassoli de' Bianchi (vice-president), Maria Letizia Mazzanti, Constance Filicori, Monica Maglie, Carlotta Serrazanetti, Francesca Casini (councillors).

The association's Facebook page , which emphasizes its foundation "to combat all forms of waste," highlights the initiatives it has undertaken over time. These range from solidarity shopping to courses in schools to teach children about waste management, and not just food. Many green initiatives have also been undertaken , such as the redevelopment of an urban park in San Pietro Casale.
