How to make lasagna with mushrooms

Ingredients for 6 people)
- 1 kg of porcini mushrooms
- 10 sheets of lasagna pasta (here is the recipe for the pasta)
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil (as needed)
- Parsley
- Parmigiano Reggiano (as needed)
- A knob of butter
- Bechamel
Preparation
- Prepare the pasta and béchamel sauce, then clean the mushrooms thoroughly to remove any remaining soil.
- Separate the stems from the cap: cut the stems into strips and the caps into pieces.
- In a non-stick pan, pour a drizzle of oil and brown the garlic and finely chopped onion, add the mushrooms and brown.
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil, add the pastry and cook for 5 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and proceed with the preparation.
- Pour a spoonful of béchamel sauce into a baking dish, then the first layer of pasta, a few spoonfuls of mushrooms and the béchamel sauce.
- Place a second layer of pasta on the first layer and then the sauce again up to the edge.
- On the last layer, arrange the pasta, a knob of butter, the béchamel sauce and the Parmesan cheese so that, as it cooks, it will form a soft crust.
- Bake at 180° for about 15/20 minutes.
- Before bringing to the table, decorate the dish with the parsley chopped.
