Ingredients for 6 people)

  • 220 ml unsweetened condensed milk
  • 220 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 70 grams of sugar
  • 80 ml of Port wine
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Lemon juice

Preparation

  • Mix the two different types of condensed milk in a saucepan, bring to the boil over low heat, and then cook for about 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
  • Crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to the cream, beating with an electric whisk.
  • Divide the mixture into several glasses or bowls and let it cool.
  • Pour the Port wine into a saucepan, add the sugar and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes until it becomes syrupy.
  • Whisk the egg whites until stiff with 3 drops of lemon juice and, continuing to whisk, add the boiling syrup.
  • Place the mousse in a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle and decorate the cream poured into the glasses.
  • Sprinkle with the cinnamon and serve with almond biscuits.
