This natural remedy is very effective for seasonal ailments (colds, coughs, sore throats): a combination of honey and turmeric, very easy to prepare and then taken in small doses of 1 teaspoon per day. Honey has soothing and antibacterial properties, while turmeric is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- cinnamon
- 2 peppercorns
- 100ml of honey
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a glass container with a lid.
- Store in the refrigerator for 3-5 days
How to use
To get the maximum effectiveness from the honey and turmeric remedy, we must take it as beverage as follows:
- First day: 1 teaspoon every hour in tea or milk
- Second day: 1 teaspoon every 2 hours
- Third day: 1 teaspoon every 3 hours
