Marie Jagošová in the village of Louka, in the Czech Republic, has collected a very heavy legacy: at the age of 90 he took over by Anežka Kašpárková, for everyone Agnes, who passed away a few years ago, was the world's oldest street artist. The two women, although not classified as artists, always cultivated a passion for the hand-painted decorations that made this small village in the Czech Republic unique.
On the walls of the houses of Louka, to make them more beautiful, more welcoming and more lively, appear, all hand painted, elegant ultramarine blue flowers, which alone bring light and color: truly unique floral patterns, made with a special paint that resists even the very low temperatures during the winter season.
Today, the work by Anežka Kašpárková, is carried forward by Marie Jagošová, with equal passion and patience, in defense of a cultural heritage that would otherwise risk being lost and wasted. And yet, thanks to these two amazing women, it is more alive than ever.
