Marco, who lived in Spino, in the province of Cremona, when he was five, felt cramped in his top manager's shoes. Too cramped. He received about 200 emails a day, even on weekends. and felt the burnout, Chronic work-related stress, which was consuming him. One day, however, everything changed. Thanks to his frequent walks in the open air, Marco Bosia discovered an old ruined farmhouseIt was cheap, so with his savings he bought it, renovated it and transformed it into a beautiful farmIn the meantime, he got rid of his smartphone and tablet, so as not to be chased anymore, and he made the most radical choice: leaving his job, his permanent position, his managerial role, and becoming the simple owner of a small farm. Where they live together four cows, five donkeys, fifteen sheep, three hundred chickens, three dogs and a cat. And again calves, sheep and ducks. In this scenario Marco is reborn, he looks at his past with detachment and comments with a hint of irony: «I'm happy, also because the animals they don't stab you in the back."
