LEMON SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients
(For 4 people)
- 4 organic lemons (with a lot of sweet white part, such as Peretto)
- 1 cucumber
- 50g of baby spinach
- 1 heart of white celery
- A handful of parsley
- Chilli
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Preparation
Peel the lemons, cut them into slices, and place them in a bowl with three tablespoons of cold water and a generous teaspoon of sugar. Add the cucumber and the celery heart cut into very thin slices, the parsley and baby spinach. Season with salt, add chili pepper, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. And to make the dish even tastier, consider adding raspberries.
