HOW TO MAKE POLENTA PIZZA –

Ingredients

  • 400g of polenta
  • 200 gr of tomato sauce
  • 200 gr of buffalo mozzarella
  • Oregano

Preparation

Pour the leftover polenta into a baking dish and smooth the surface with a spatula. Let it cool and refrigerate.

Take the baking dish with the polenta and spread the tomato and the mozzarella cheese in pieces and oregano.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, until the mozzarella is melted. Remove from the oven and serve with a side of vegetables.
