LEAVING A LEGACY TO THE POOR –
There are stories that seem like fairy tales. But they are true, authentic, and surprising. This is the case with the decision of Lorenza Frattini, an 88-year-old woman who passed away a few months ago, who he chose to leave all his . to the municipality of Robbio, in the province of Pavia, to pay the school canteen to the poor children of the city.

THE GENEROUS GESTURE OF LORENZA FRATTINI –
A very generous gesture, considering that Grandma Lorenza had a stash of 200 euros in cash alone. And it was a gesture aimed at a specific, not generic, goal. Already a few years ago Mrs Lorenza had left a considerable estate of books and records, belonging to the son, Professor Sergio Pavia, who passed away prematurely in 2010. «I donate my financial resources to the poor children of the city of Robbio» is written in the will of Mrs. Frattini who in the meantime had left her villa in the city to move to a hospice.
GIVE THE INHERITANCE TO POOR CHILDREN –
«We will use this money according to the woman's wishes. We will then be able to grant exemption from school meal payments to the poor children of Robbio and provide them with books and teaching materials, thus helping their families." announces Roberto Francese, mayor of Robbio. And he adds: "This gesture is an example for our entire community».
