HOW TO KEEP YOUR WARDROBE TIDY
We are dealing with the season changes, and the risks associated with messy closets are increasing. So many risks: lost items, clothes we don't wear because we can't even see them, wasted time getting dressed. So, this is the right time to ask ourselves a question: how to keep a wardrobe, without much effort and effectively? Here we propose a method that works very well.
This is an initiative – created by Courtney Carver in 2010 and adapted in Spain by German Valentina Thorner – which aims to raise awareness about the necessary amount of clothes, shoes and accessories we save. The number of essential items can be reduced to 33: including shoes, bags, jewelry, clothes, coats.
This challenge helps us differentiate what is truly necessary from what is superfluous, rethink spending habits, and evaluate the quality of garments: select a few clothes It involves more frequent washing so you can clearly see what is worth investing in.

Can a limited closet help reduce stress and increase happiness? It seems so. It's an interesting human paradox: we accumulate more and more, but we have time to do lessIt's so easy (and fun) to buy new things, but piling on accessories and clothing can create more stress. Too many options are exhausting, and too much clutter is distracting. We're naturally drawn to cleanliness, simplicity, and organization. When we clear out a desk or fill a box with old clothes to donate, we feel better. Try it and believe it.
