  • Standing, place your right foot on a stool no higher than 20 centimeters and, starting from the ankle, move up the shin and calf to the knee using circular movements with both hands.
  • Move to the inside of the knee, pinching gently, still using both hands. Using light pressure from your palms and fingers, wrap around the thigh, moving upward.
  • Then work on the culotte de cheval (the cushions between the thighs and buttocks) by performing the same exercise, still pinching the skin lightly.
  • Proceed (remember to apply the cream, when moving from one area to another) from the knee towards the hip with both hands, then with the right hand massage the gluteus with circular movements and finish by bringing the muscle up.
  • Repeat these movements three times and then continue with the other leg.
