How to make toasted hazelnut cake
La cake with toasted hazelnuts, with this quick and easy recipe, it becomes an ideal dessert for dinner, but also for breakfast in the morning, or even to accompany an afternoon tea.
Ingredients
- 150 g of toasted hazelnuts
- 100 grams of sugar
- 50 g butter
- 50 g of soft wheat flour
- A cup of coffee
- 1 egg
- 5 gr of baking powder
- Milk - Latte
- Linden honey for garnish
Preparation
- Mix the egg yolk and the sugar, add the hazelnuts Chop the melted butter, coffee, and yeast. Mix well and add the milk to loosen. Stir in the beaten egg white and transfer the mixture to a lightly buttered baking pan.
- proceed with cooking in the oven for about 45 minutes at 160°.
- Before serving the cake, add a drizzle of lime honey.
- According to your taste, also add lemon and ginger zest and a few drops of chocolate or fill it with apricot jam.
