Preparation

- Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds, leaving the peel on, which will give the jam a richer, more rounded consistency and flavor.
- Peel the apple and cut it into pieces, removing the central woody part and the seeds.
- Squeeze the lemon juice and weigh the sugar into a small bowl.
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
- After an hour, check the consistency of the jam: it should be thick and full-bodied.
- Keep the jam in the appropriate places glass jars with hermetic seal.

Method
- Place all ingredients in the jug for 1 hour, speed 3, with the Varoma lid off.
- Once the necessary time has passed, replace the lid and continue for another hour, speed 3, 100°.
- Check the consistency of the jam so that it is thick and full-bodied.
- Pour the grape jam into jars sterilized and cleaned.
