  • Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
  • After an hour, check the consistency of the jam: it should be thick and full-bodied.
  • Keep the jam in the appropriate places glass jars with hermetic seal.

Method

  • Place all ingredients in the jug for 1 hour, speed 3, with the Varoma lid off.
