Preparation

  • Wash and dry the grapes carefully and separate the berries from the stalks one by one.
  • Wash and dry the tomatoes, lettuce and the vegetables you intend to use.
  • Cut the cheeses you want to use into cubes.
  • Arrange the dried fruit in a small bowl.
  • Cut the cold cuts into five-centimetre strips.
