The fruit cube is a truly special dish: they call it the "midnight cube" because it is very scenic and ideal for the end of a dinner and to accompany the glasses during a toast. Ingredients (for one cube)
- 8 large strawberries
- 4 kiwi
- 2 green apples
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
- Clean and wash the fruit. Cut the strawberries into cubes, as similar as possible. Set aside the scraps from the strawberry carvings, which will be used for the grout.
