How to make fruit and vegetable popsicles
I fruit and vegetable popsicles homemade are perfect for children's snacks and ideal for fighting the hot, in a healthy way. Plus, they're easy to make and a nutritious alternative to traditional, sugar-laden packaged ice creams. Get your kids to help you prepare them, too, and use the sweetest, ripest fresh fruit available.
In this recipe we offer you two tasty variations: carrots and apple and orange and cinnamon.
Carrots and apples
The recipe is very quick: the preparation time for the ice lollies is 15 minutes excluding freezing in the freezer.
Ingredients
- 250 ml of carrot extract or juice
- 250 ml of extract or centrifuged apple
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- A few pinches of cinnamon powder
- A few pinches of ground nutmeg
Necessary
- Popsicle molds
- Wooden sticks
Preparation
- Gather all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Transferred Pour the resulting liquid into molds or small glasses to form popsicles; let it solidify in the freezer long enough to allow you to insert a wooden stick into the center of each container.

Oranges and cinnamon

Preparation
- Amalgamate and, to the spices indicated in the recipe above, add a few pinches of ground cloves and ground cardamom.

- Put it back in the freezer, remove the popsicles and insert the sticks as soon as the consistency is firm enough.
