Ingredients for 4 people)

  • 200 g of cleaned pineapple

  • 100 g of grapes
  • 100g of split plums
  • 100g of Florentia plums
  • A handful of withered blueberries
  • A handful of walnut kernels
  • 1 small glass of Limoncello
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

  • First, soak the blueberries in water and let them rest for half an hour.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the fruit salad. Cut the cleaned, fresh pineapple into small pieces.

  • Wash and dry the fruit. Remove the stones from the prunes, cut them into pieces and add them to the pineapple.

  • Add the peaches, stoned but not peeled, and cut them into small pieces as well.

  • Finally, add the grapes cut into slices and from which you have removed the seeds.

Rosemary variant

  • Fruit as desired, in adequate quantities, seasonal, with the only concession of including a beautiful harmony of colours
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of water
  • Half a lemon
  • A few sprigs of fresh rosemary

Preparation

  • Prepare the syrup by slowly simmering the sugar in the water for about 15 minutes, taking care that the water does not evaporate too much
  • Switch off the heat and immerse the rosemary in the boiling liquid. Let it cool thoroughly.
  • Cleanse the fruit and cut it in a way suitable for fruit salad: dice the more compact fruits, eliminate the white filaments in the citrus segments, separate the grapes, etc.
  • Spray gradually add the fruit with a few drops of lemon to prevent it from darkening, stirring
