Friland is a Italian startup, based in Friuli Venezia Giulia, which offers an innovative form of immersive hospitality and planet: stays in mini-housing units (tiny houses) of approximately 12 m² positioned in uncontaminated natural areas such as woods, vineyards, mountains or hills.
These little houses are not just hotel rooms: they are nomadic and self-sufficient structures, designed to promote the relaxation, contact with nature and disconnection from the urban routine.
The tiny houses offered by Friland are located in Friuli Venezia Giulia, but also in Tuscany and Veneto. immersive and panoramic, with large windows overlooking the natural landscape, at a safe distance from the chaotic flows of theovertouirsm.
Specific destinations include:

- Mount Joanaz (Torreano, in the Julian Prealps) with Alpine views and hiking trails.
- Julian Alps – Taipana / Bonis Field, in the province of Udine, with mountain scenery and natural valleys.
The idea of Friland is from two partners, Luca Ricchi, an Italian entrepreneur with significant experience in the hospitality world, who worked for about 10 years with the Adidas group, and Gabriele Venier, who grew up in the mountains of Friuli Venezia-Giulia, and specialized in Industrial Design at IED in Milan.
