Moovenda. Active only at Rome, Viterbo and Naples, this app allows you to order food from any restaurant in the city, regardless of distance, giving you an estimated delivery time and with no minimum order requirement. It's perhaps one of the longest-running food delivery apps in Italy.
Fanceat
FanceatThis is an app that's different from the others, it was created recently but it has what it takes to be a huge success. In this case you don't order pre-cooked food but the ingredients already measured and prepared to be the protagonists of your gourmet dishes. In Turin, the ingredients will arrive the same day, and in the rest of Italy, within 24-48 hours. You'll receive pre-filleted fish, pre-peeled vegetables, and even instructions and videos to learn how to prepare the dishes at home, in just under half an hour.
Too good to go
Too Good To Go It's an app that lets you order leftover food from participating businesses, bars, restaurants, and shops. Leftover food is available at great prices and also helps fight food waste.
Glovo
Another interesting app is Glovo, which allows you to order any type of food and have it delivered to your home in minutes. You can order everything from pizza to coffee, from ice cream to sushi, and you can even track your deliveries in real time.
Uber Eats
Uber Eats It lets you order restaurant food from the comfort of your home. The app is available for both iOS and Android and currently covers around 200 Italian cities.
Mymenu
MyMenu It's a slightly different app than the ones mentioned so far. The participating restaurants are mid- to high-end, and the app focuses on quality food. It currently only covers a few Italian cities: Bologna, Brescia, Milan, Modena, Padua, and Verona.
