Let's Help Them Live Foundation: the Italian network that saves children around the world.

The Foundation Let's help them live It is an Italian NGO founded after the Chernobyl disaster to help children and families from areas affected by humanitarian emergencies, initially in Belarus and now also in Ukraine, Africa, and other countries in difficulty. 

Its main activities include:

• Temporary reception of minors among Italian families, especially children from contaminated areas or in difficult health conditions. 
• Humanitarian and health projects, such as sending aid, hospital equipment and support to medical facilities. 
• International cooperation in Eastern European countries, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. 
• Support for adoptions and vulnerable children, including long-distance adoptions and social initiatives for abandoned or troubled minors. 
• Fundraising and local volunteering, organized through over 150 territorial committees in Italy. 

According to data published by the foundation, in approximately 30 years it has hosted over 100.000 children and invested millions of euros in social and health projects. In recent years, the Aiutiamoli a Vivere Foundation has significantly extended its intervention to include 

The Foundation originally focused primarily on children in the areas affected by the Chernobyl disaster (especially Belarus), but over time it expanded its projects to include new humanitarian emergencies.

In particular on the war front in Ukraine: 

• He has initiated programs of temporary reception in Italy for Ukrainian minors arrived during the war, hosted by Italian volunteer families. 
• He arranged the transfer and protection of children from war zones, including orphans or minors in situations of serious difficulty. 
• He also carried forward humanitarian missions directed to Ukraine, with the sending of aid and support to health and social facilities. 
• In some cases, it has collaborated with networks of families and local communities to offer children a period of respite from the war (welcome in Italy for weeks or months).
