Emidio Vagnoni was a classic Italian entrepreneur, with a company, Elettromedia, deeply rooted in the Marche region of Potenza Picena, in the province of Macerata. And like all entrepreneurs with both heart and soul, Emidio knew full well that his employees were struggling due to the rising cost of living, inflation, and stagnant incomes. Hence his generous decision, like that of his colleagues who help workers with personalized bonuses to help with high utility bills. His current partners, Maria and Maurizio Riccobelli and Pietro Pantalone, have fully respected this decision, benefiting the company's 90 employees, at an additional cost of at least €400.
