Emidio Vagnoni was a classic Italian entrepreneur, with a company, Elettromedia, deeply rooted in the Marche region of Potenza Picena, in the province of Macerata. And like all entrepreneurs with both heart and soul, Emidio knew full well that his employees were struggling due to the rising cost of living, inflation, and stagnant incomes.
