ELIMINATE THE SUPERFLUOUS AND LIVE HAPPILY
We often talk about happiness with our Non sprecare community. We share dreams, ambitions, desires, but also the frustrations and difficult moments that make life especially difficult. Yet happiness, with the lightheartedness that must always characterize sustainable living, is a horizon we can never give up.
Starting with the small and banal things. The everyday ones . It often happens in families, but also in a normal couple's life , that something breaks due to a waste, just one, that shatters the harmony within the domestic walls: disorder . Uncreative and unjustified chaos, leaving things to rot where they are, piled up and disorganized, perhaps creating discomfort within a delicate family balance. Have you ever seen a woman screaming because her husband and/or children have thrown stuff everywhere in the house? Or even the anger of someone who can't find an object? And the frustration of going around in circles looking for what we have, uselessly kept and now can't find anymore? Here: among the simple gestures for happiness , you must also include order . Without obsessions and obsessions, of course. With natural lightness.

Take a look at the chaos in our closets , starting with the things we have and no longer use, or even in those cellars where we throw away any electronic device as if it were broken, while it is still capable of working.
Our homes and offices are overflowing with unnecessary things , a waste of objects , time, and space . This is a symptom of our confusion , since when we look for something in particular, we always fail to find it amidst the clutter.
THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING ORDERED
More organization, less waste . And a greater chance of living happily. At home and in the office. It's essential to rediscover key words like: eliminate, streamline, and evaluate spaces without cluttering them with unnecessary and superfluous items.
ELIMINATE THE SUPERFLUOUS
The numbers tell us that the scope for change is enormous . Eighty percent of the clutter in our homes doesn't stem from a lack of space, but from the wrong way we use it, stuffing it with objects that then don't serve our purposes. Each of us wastes, on average, about an hour a day— 55 minutes to be precise—looking for things we can't find.

ORDER HELPS HAPPINESS
There are several books that talk about happiness and order . Ranging from the home to the office, where order, starting with the desk and the papers we accumulate, saves enormous time and effort: company managers waste about six weeks of research a year, in terms of work, finding documents swallowed up by chaos.
Among the books that discuss happiness and possible paths to take, especially with regard to order at home and in the office, Marie Kondo's bestseller The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up stands out : the book's underlying idea is that "Tidying up makes us feel good, makes us happy, because it's a way of taking care of ourselves." Sabrina Toscani, founder of the Organizzare Italia association, also offers a fascinating account in her book Facciamo ordine (Let 's Tidy Up), published by Mondadori.
But the most innovative text is undoubtedly Emily Esfahani Smith 's , " Seeking Happiness Doesn't Make You Happy" ( Il Punto d'incontro Editions), which starts from a shared premise: happiness manuals are a waste. Of time and money. Happiness, according to Smith, is much closer to us than we can even imagine. It's just around the corner, and rests on four pillars for a rich and fulfilling life. Which of these pillars you choose to place order, free of obsessions, in your home and office, is a free choice we leave entirely up to you, the reader.
It really doesn't take much to avoid wasting time and things. And to live better.
