ECO-FRIENDLY JOGGING
Nicolas Lemonnier is a French doctor 35 years old, a osteopath To be precise. But the therapy he prescribes to all his patients has made him a figure of global interest in the world of environmentalism. He's capable of creating a winning formula to fight plastic, misplaced waste, dirt, and pollution. It's called eco-friendly jogging, and is summed up in the slogan 1 trip = 1 rejection = 1 less waste.

ECOLOGICAL JOGGING NICOLAS LEMONNIER
In practice i patient-runners they must, for therapy, collect at least one piece of waste during their jog, or even walkAnd they have to photograph the good green deed they just accomplished. The result is an avalanche of photos depicting men and women bent over to collect plastic bottles and bags, paper bins, sanitary napkin scraps, and cigarettes. Everything we thoughtlessly throw into the streets and even in green spaces, like public gardens.
At first, Lemonnier's curious therapeutic activity, having left his hometown of Nantes in France, seemed almost like a game, a provocation, more than a therapy, it was a new way to collect garbage. Then the phenomenon exploded online, going viral and attracting countless people around the world, eager to embrace the French osteopath's idea.
TO KNOW MORE: Walking is the best medicine in the world. And it only takes twenty minutes a day.
RUN ECO TEAM
The result is that today a real transnational movement has been created under the motto 1 trip = 1 waste = 1 less waste. A site, entitled Run Eco Team, collects all the initiatives spread across 103 countries where hundreds of eco-jogging events are held every month. The site also serves to collect real-time results, and we are already at 19 tons of waste collected every week Thanks to the men and women mobilized by Dr. Nicola Lemonnier. Then there's the Facebook page, where individual group representatives share their adventures and where new teams are formed locally. All in the spirit of running for a cleaner world e with less waste.
