DIFFICULTIES FOR WOMEN IN MAKING A CAREER
Women in careerIt's said, but it's not done. A study on the condition of women in American companies attempted to answer this question: "Why do women so rarely become leaders?" The sample analyzed was very large: 34 thousand employees di 132 multinationals.
What emerges from the Leann Org and McKinsey survey? First: women, compared to their male colleagues, have less access to information and constructive criticism, which is important for one's career. Second: when it comes to women, professional growth opportunities they come anyway reduced. Third: a good share of women are convinced that the sexual gender is still a negative element for career purposes.

WOMEN AND CAREER
These data come after those published by the UN on the staggering wage gap between men and women. The difference, to the detriment of women, averages 23 percent. What's more, for every child born, a woman loses about 4 percent of her salary, while a man increases his by 6 percent. The UN experts' comment was blunt: "The biggest theft in history». A theft that alone is enough to explain why 76 percent of the men is part of the active population, while the percentage of women stops at 49 percent.
