VEGAN CREPES RECIPE

HOW TO MAKE VEGAN CREPES
Here is the very simple recipe. We recommend using almond or oat milk, with a sweeter taste, if you want to make some sweet crepes while the soya milk It is fine for all other types of procedures.

Preparation
- Pour the flour into a bowl and then slowly add soy milk mixed with water, oil, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix everything well until you obtain a smooth, fluid mixture, then let it rest for at least half an hour.
- After having greased a non-stick pan with a little oil, pour in a few spoonfuls of the mixture and cook. As soon as the edges of the crepe curl up, flip it so it cooks on both sides.
- Continue with the same procedure until it runs out the batter contained in the bowl.
- Sweet or savory, it's up to you how to fill the crepes once they're ready.
