How to prepare ccourgette arpaccio

Zucchini carpaccio isn't just a side dish; it can also be served as a light, healthy, and tasty dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini
  • 50g of parmesan flakes
  • Juice of Lemon;
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Wash Carefully, and slowly, peel the zucchini. Then trim them, slice them thinly with a mandolin, and arrange them in a single layer on a plate.
  2. Seasoned the courgettes with salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice.
  3. Cover them with cling film, and let them marinate for ten minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Sprinkle the dish with generous shavings of parmesan cheese, before serving at the table.
