How to recognize a cell phone under surveillance

We are increasingly spied on. There are surveillance technologies, or even very sophisticated programs, to capture all the confidential information on our PCs, cell phones, emails, smartphone.

Who's spying? These voice systems are often used by companies to sell us new products, or even just to gain advertising leverage into our private lives.
Have you purchased a ticket online for an exotic trip? Rest assured, you'll sooner rather than later receive an advertisement for a hotel in that location. Or a package deal for the beach.
To avoid being spied on, you can do two simple things with your cell phone. The first is to turn it off and place it near an electrical appliance: if it's being monitored, it will interfere with the appliance. The solution could be to change the battery or the phone itself..
A second source of surveillance comes from the SIM card. And here, the test to verify it is equally simple: insert your SIM card into another cell phone for a few days. If you receive strange messages, it means you're being monitored and intercepted. All you have to do is change your SIM card.
