Packing your suitcase For many people, it's a real torment. They ask themselves a thousand (often pointless) questions: Should I bring this or leave it at home? They always forget something: Oh, I hadn't thought of that. And first of all, without a minimum of method, they manage, by pushing and putting everything inside, to wrinkle any dress or garment.. To the point of making them unusable upon arrival, with the possible waste, and cost, of having to iron everything afterwards. To avoid these inconveniences, here are a simple and fast system which will allow us to fit everything into the suitcase and keep our clothes in shape, perfectly folded and tidy, until our arrival. Before starting to prepare your suitcase Let's try to make a written list of the necessary and necessary items. We lay out everything we've written on the bed and begin folding it according to a very simple pattern.

Starting from the seams
T-shirts and shirts
T-shirts, polo shirts, and shirts are the most difficult to fold, but with this system we'll optimize space and prevent them from getting creased inside the suitcase. Once we learn the method, we can use it to have more space even in the closet.
- Lay the t-shirt open on the bed with the neck facing up.
- Flatten it with your hands and fold the sides with the sleeves inwards.
- Now fold the part with the neck towards us and insert the bottom edge 5 cm inside the neck as explained in the figure.
This way, the shirts will keep their shape and won't crease or move, but will remain folded and flat until you open the suitcase again.
Sweatpants
The same system can be used for leggings, shorts and skirts.
- Take your pants and lay them out on the bed.
- Fold one leg over the other, taking care to match the two edges of the legs.
- Fold the top of the trousers (with the belt loops) down to the middle of the trousers
- Place the hem of the legs inside the space formed by the top of the trousers (with the belt loops)
This way the trousers will stay in perfect shape until they reach their destination.
Clothes
Make a simple distinction based on the type of dress and its fabric. If it's soft, you can fold it into a small object, like a scarf. If the dress's fabric is firmer and smoother, then you need to fold it in layers, compactly. Lay it on the bed and proceed as if it were a T-shirt, bending the sides well, and folding the dress several times over so that it doesn't have room to move and crease in the suitcase.
