How to make fruit popsicles
Fruit popsicles They are very easy to prepare at home, and have two advantages. First of all, they are a natural food, which has none of the contraindications of industrial products, and secondly, they allow, in a simple and quick way, to reuse leftover fruit or in the process of maturing to the point of being at risk of being lost. Kiwis, apples, oranges, but also any seasonal fruit, from strawberries to cherries, it can be recovered and transformed into a very pleasant ice lolly.
Ingredients
Get your favorite fresh fruit at home, preferably seasonal.

Preparation
- Peel the fruit, cut it into pieces (we recommend always mixing it with a touch of banana mashed with a fork which helps to give volume to your ice lolly) and dilute everything with some Orange juice. freshly squeezed.
- Pour everything into the appropriate molds and place in the freezer.
- Leave in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours, preferably overnight.
To add even more flavor to your delicious DIY popsicles, add a few mint leaves and half a tablespoon of brown sugar to each popsicle.
