Coffee after lunch helps improve concentration

It's not true that it disrupts your afternoon nap. Quite the opposite. Caffeine begins to kick in after 20-30 minutes, and once you wake up, you're more alert and rested.

Many people give up on the coffee after lunch so as not to ruin the nap scheduled (which must never go beyond half an hour): Without knowing it, they not only waste the pleasure of enjoying espresso at an ideal time, but also its benefits., more pronounced with the cup consumed after lunch. And coffee before a nap is actually helpful in improving concentration and attention throughout the rest of the day.

From English "Coffee nap", this is a trick that can really help you wake up faster after your afternoon nap. How? Just drink coffee right before nap, so that the caffeine begins to take effect as soon as you fall asleep. This way, when you wake up, you'll feel more rested and ready to resume your activities immediately.  

Caffeine takes about 20-30 minutes to enter the bloodstream and take effect: the same length as a nap. A mental recharge, therefore, that also avoids that groggy feeling that almost always characterizes waking up in the afternoon. 

But be careful: it's important to dedicate no more than half an hour to sleep. If you prefer to extend your rest, it's better to opt for a decaffeinated coffee. And obviously we must take into account the fact that each of us reacts to caffeine differently and any sleep disturbances can hinder the effect of the coffee nap
