How to make coffee cream

The traditional recipe
To prepare this recipe you will need:
Ingredients
- 250 ml sweetened whipping cream
- 2 cups of coffee
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
Preparation
- Prepare the coffee, add sugar to taste, and then, once cold, place it in the freezer.
- Whip the cream until stiff and, while the whisk is running, slowly pour in the coffee.
- Place everything in the freezer for 30 minutes and, once this time has passed, mix again with a spoon (this procedure prevents the cream from solidifying).
- Repeat the process after an hour, pour the resulting cream into small glasses and serve with a drizzle of cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
The recipe with hazelnut cream
After having prepared the hazelnut cream at home, proceed as follows:

- 250 ml sweetened whipping cream
- 2 cups of coffee
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of Nutella
Preparation
- To prepare the coffee cream, follow the procedure already described for the classic preparation and, once ready, garnish with cream and hazelnut cream.
The recipe with amaretti
To prepare this variant of coffee cream you need:
Ingredients
- 250 ml sweetened whipping cream
- 2 cups of coffee
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of Nutella
- 10 amaretti
Preparation
- Prepare the sweetened coffee, wait for it to cool, add the hazelnut cream and place everything in the freezer.
- Whip the cream until stiff and, while the whisk is running, slowly pour in the coffee with the hazelnut cream, keeping it in a thin stream so that it doesn't deflate.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes, add the crumbled amaretti biscuits, and then mix with a spoon.
- Repeat the operation after an hour.
- Pour the cream into small glasses and garnish with the remaining cream and amaretti biscuits.
