- 200 grams of whipping cream

Preparation
- Crush the biscuits in the mixer and then mix them with the melted butter. Spread the mixture on the bottom of the cake pan and refrigerate.
- Prepare the cream Place the gelatin sheets in 50 ml of water. While the gelatine dissolves, prepare the coffee and let it cool. Whip the cream with a whisk.
- Mix the yogurt and the spreadable cheese In a bowl, pour in the coffee and, finally, the whipped cream. Mix until very fluffy, then add the gelatine.
- Mix the ingredients well Spread the cream over the base. Refrigerate the cake for about 2 hours, then decorate with a few coffee beans.
