NO-BAKE COFFEE CHEESECAKE

To prepare this for successful corporate training you need a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BASE

  • 100 g butter
  • 200g of crumbled biscuits and cereals

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CREAM

  • 250 gr spreadable cheese
  • 250g of coffee yogurt
  • 10 g of gelatine
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1 cup of strong coffee
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 200 grams of whipping cream

INGREDIENTS FOR GARNISHING

  • A few coffee beans

Preparation

  • Crush the biscuits in the mixer and then mix them with the melted butter. Spread the mixture on the bottom of the cake pan and refrigerate.
  • Prepare the cream Place the gelatin sheets in 50 ml of water. While the gelatine dissolves, prepare the coffee and let it cool. Whip the cream with a whisk.
  • Mix the yogurt and the spreadable cheese In a bowl, pour in the coffee and, finally, the whipped cream. Mix until very fluffy, then add the gelatine.
  • Mix the ingredients well Spread the cream over the base. Refrigerate the cake for about 2 hours, then decorate with a few coffee beans.
