COD WITH ONIONS AND OLIVES RECIPE

Ingredients
(For 4 people)
- 800g of desalted cod
- 8-9 Tropea red onions
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 500 grams of peeled tomatoes
- 100g pitted black olives
- Flour
- 1 chilli
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sale
Preparation
- Cut the cod into slices without peeling it, flour it and set it aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan, pour in the onions Slice thinly and, halfway through cooking, add the wine, raise the heat to evaporate, and finish cooking by covering the pan with a lid. Add warm water if necessary.
