COCONUT ICE CREAM RECIPE
Coconut e raspberries A unique, unmissable combination for one of the best ice creams you can enjoy during the summer. All with a very simple recipe: don't forget to add the peel and lime juice Untreated, which can also be adapted. If you don't have the patience to wait for the necessary cooling times for ice cream, you can settle for a cool, natural, and very thirst-quenching drink.

INGREDIENTS (for 4-6 people)
- 1 carton of coconut milk (400 ml)
- 2 packs of fresh raspberries
- 100 grams of sugar
- 50 ml of agave syrup
- The juice and zest of one unwaxed lime
Preparation
- Wash the raspberries and sprinkle them with the lime juice.
- Pour the coconut milk, a can of raspberries, the sugar, the syrup and the lime zest into a large bowl.
- Using an immersion blender, blend until creamy, then pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the instructions.
- Before pouring into the freezer container, add the raspberries whole ones left.
- If you're not using an ice cream maker, churn carefully and pour into a suitable container, then place in the freezer. After an hour, churn again and place back in the freezer.
- Check after another hour to make sure no lumps have formed. If so, use an immersion blender for the final creaming.
- Finally, add the whole raspberries and let cool.
An advice
According to your taste, replace the raspberries withananas or strawberries maintaining weights and processing methods.
