Homemade Cinnamon Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 360 grams of flour
  • 250 g of softened butter
  • 3 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 80 g sugar
  • ½ can of condensed milk
  • 125g dried apple slices, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C, cream the butter and sugar together until smooth, then add the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon into the mixture, also add the apples dry and mix until you obtain a smooth paste.
  • Cut out the biscuits, evaluating their thickness according to your taste, and then bake them in the oven until they are golden: usually they are enough 15-20 cooking minutes.
  • According to your taste, replace the cinnamon with ginger and, once ready, cover the biscuits with chocolate.
