At first glance they might seem like healthy foods, not particularly fatty and above all allies of the diet but in reality they are full of hidden calories: these are the so-called "Calorie Bombs“. We also report them here for the benefit of the healthy and non-wasteful diet of our readers, to avoid them making useless efforts (and waste time and money) to lose weight, "deceived" by some fake-diet dish that brings them to get fat.

These foods should be avoided, but certainly not eliminated: it's just a matter of not overindulging in them, also based on your personal physical condition. If, for example, you suffer from diabetes, any sugary product could be harmful. Then, among the foods to avoid because they contain calorie bombs, there are healthy, simple dishes, but they become something else due to the accompanying condiments. In this sense, various foods can be misleading.

PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE

“Due to the type of condiments it contains, such as sausage, vegetables in oil, little pieces of cheese or mozzarella, mayonnaise and whatever else we can say that rice salad is a dish containing large quantities of calories concentrated in very small portions. Even just 50 grams of rice salad corresponds to almost a whole pizza".
