CALMING GINGER RECIPE

Ingredients
- 5mm ¼ ginger root, chopped, peeled and grated
- ¼ of papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
- ½ mango small, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried mulberries or goji berries
- ½ teaspoon probiotic powder
- Juice of ½ lime
- 2 teaspoons of aloe vera juice
- 125 ml ½ cup milk coconut low in fat
- 125 ml ½ cup coconut water or mineral water
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients using a blender or a food processor and then mix the mixture until you obtain a smooth paste. creamServe immediately.
