Ingredients

  • 5mm ¼ ginger root, chopped, peeled and grated
  • ¼ of papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • ½ mango small, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried mulberries or goji berries
  • ½ teaspoon probiotic powder
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 2 teaspoons of aloe vera juice
  • 125 ml ½ cup milk coconut low in fat
  • 125 ml ½ cup coconut water or mineral water

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients using a blender or a food processor and then mix the mixture until you obtain a smooth paste. creamServe immediately.
