BLUEBERRY JAM RECIPE

Ingredients
(for 2 medium jars)
- 500 g of blueberries
- 200 grams of sugar
- 100 ml of water
- ½ lemon
- ½ vanilla pod
Preparation
– Clean the blueberries very delicately place them in a pan together with the water and the juice and the grated rind of the Lemon;.
- Cook over high heat for about 10 minutes, add the sugar and stir until it is well dissolved.
- Also add the vanilla poda, open in half, with seeds.
- Bring to the boil for about 10 minutes, lower the heat and continue cooking for about half an hour, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
- Pour the jam obtained in the jars previously sterilized and dry. Close them tightly and let them cool upside down.
